Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • Root vegetables cleaned
  • Olive oil or other oil

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 450°F
  • Chop root vegetables to sizes and shape you would enjoy eating. Put in a bowl. Add 1 Tablespoon of oil. Toss vegetables in oil. Spread vegetables out on baking sheet with enough room so that they don't overlap one another
  • Roast at 450°F for 20-25 minutes. When done should have some color development but should not be burned or dried out
