Bombproof Roasted Vegetables

- Baking sheet
- Oven
Ingredients
- Root vegetables cleaned
- Olive oil or other oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450°F
- Chop root vegetables to sizes and shape you would enjoy eating. Put in a bowl. Add 1 Tablespoon of oil. Toss vegetables in oil. Spread vegetables out on baking sheet with enough room so that they don't overlap one another
- Roast at 450°F for 20-25 minutes. When done should have some color development but should not be burned or dried out
