Winter Salsa – dried pepper salsa
Super fast easy salsa that you can make in the dead of winter with local (dried) peppers

Ingredients
- 4-6 Each Dried peppers
- 1/2 Each Medium onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- Vinegar to taste I used cider vinegar
Instructions
- Place peppers and onion in a pot and cover with water. Bring water to a hard boil and boil for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer liquid and peppers and onion to blender. Puree to desired texture. Add water if too thick. Add brown and blend. Add salt and vinegar to taste.
