Instructions
- Bring water to a boil
- Gently lower eggs into the water, and start a timer at the same time
- While eggs are boiling, prep a bowl of ice water big enough to lay the eggs into
- When the timer hits 6 minutes, remove eggs from boiling water and immediately put into the ice bath (this stops the eggs from cooking any further)
- (Note from Ayr: cooking time can be adjusted based on your preferred done-ness of egg. 6 minutes should give you a firm white and custardy yolk.
